We have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
Booking​
To schedule an appointment, you will be asked to provide a legal name, your mobile phone number and email address. A valid credit card is to be placed and kept on file within our PCI compliant system in conjunction with our cancellation policy. Not all services are available for online booking.

Cancelation Policy
Out of respect for our service providers and clients that may be on a waitlist, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of any appointments. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment without giving at least 48 hours' notice prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount. Any no-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service amount. The cancellation fee and any service fee will be charged to your credit card on file. If you are canceling your appointment online, you may not do so if it falls within the 48-hour time window prior to your scheduled appointment. At that time, you must contact the salon by calling 540-631-1177. We have voicemail for the option of you to leave a message.
Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may receive a modified version of your originally scheduled appointment if time allows, paying full price of scheduled services. If time does not allow for you to receive your service, or modified version of your service, you will be asked to reschedule and be charged the 50% cancellation fee to your card on file for scheduled services.
Deposits
If you have been a no show, cancellation, or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you may be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit on any future scheduled services.
Formal styles or any special occasion hair, such as wedding, prom, homecoming, will require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
All bridal parties, in salon or on site, will require a non-refundable deposit, and a signed contract to book.
Any and all deposits made are non-refundable and will be applied to your total at the time of payment upon the completion of your service.

Right to Refuse
The safety of our providers and our clients is our top priority. As such, the Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, especially if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (such as a new, continuous, cough, or a fever), or rude/obnoxious behavior. Thank you for your understanding.

Adjustments and Refunds
We Do Not offer refunds!
Retail: If for any reason you need to return a product, you may exchange it or receive a gift certificate for your return amount.
Haircuts: You must notify us within 3 days of your service if your haircut needs an adjustment*.
Color Services: You must notify us within 5 days of your service if you need to schedule an adjustment* to any color service.
Perm Services: You must notify us within 5 days of your service if you need to schedule an adjustment* to any perm service.
Spa Room Services: You must notify us within 3 days of your service if you have any concerns.
*An adjustment is a slight imperfection that needs the attention of your service provider after your completed service.
If you have changed what your initial desired goal was, that is not an adjustment and will result in a new service appointment with you being responsible for full payment of service.
Things to be Mindful of
~We do have limited seating in our reception area. We ask that you be mindful of this when bringing someone along with you to your appointment.
~Do know that some desired results may require multiple service appointments to achieve.
~Professional products and regularly scheduled appointments are required to maintain your results.
~We ask that if you are receiving a chemical service or spa service, please arrange childcare for your child(ren) unless your child(ren) are receiving a service as well. There are many things in the salon and spa that can be dangerous to unattended children while we have our attention focused on the client in our chair. We are not responsible for unattended children.
~We do offer limited beverages and snacks. Please be considerate and limit yourself to only one. We ask that all children be accompanied by an adult if visiting the refreshment bar.
~Please read our pre and post suggestions to enjoy the results of your services to their fullest.
