Color Services: Please arrive with your hair clean and dry. If it's necessary for us to blow-dry your hair, that may result in an additional charge.
Formal Style: Please wear a button up shirt, tank top, or something you can change out of without messing up your hair. Arrive with your hair clean and dry. If it's necessary for us to blow-dry your hair, that may result in an additional charge.
Manicures and Pedicures: If you're wearing any nail enhancements or gel polish from another salon, please remove all enhancements or gel polish prior to coming in. If you haven't prepared for your appointment by removing enhancements or gel polish from another salon, you will be asked to reschedule, and a cancelation fee will be charged. We will not be liable for removing unknown products.
Facials: Arrive with a clean face including no mascara and having had no sun exposure 48 hours prior to appointment. We encourage you to drink plenty of water after your facial.
Eyelash Services: Arrive with a clean, makeup free face including no mascara.

Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate away. Picking can cause scarring or loss of color

No facials, Botox, chemical treatments or microdermabrasion for four weeks

Avoid hot, sweaty exercise for one week

Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for four weeks after. Wear a hat when outdoors

Avoid heavy sweating and long hot showers for the first ten days

Avoid sleeping on your face for at least ten days

Avoid topical makeup including sunscreen on the area for ten days

DO NOT rub, pick or scratch the treated area
